The City of Sallisaw Building Development Department is
responsible for the enforcement of all city building codes, zoning, licensing
and nuisance codes. Also, if you have an item you would like to present
the Planning Commission or the Board of Adjustment, the department will be your
first contact for the required paperwork. If you have
a complaint regarding nuisances please contact the Building Development Department
