The City of Sallisaw is accepting Visa and MasterCard for payments of utility bills.  Payments may be made over the counter at city hall or on line at www.sallisawok.org. There are no customer fees for using credit card or online payment services.

Note:  If you pay online please be aware that online bill pay is offline from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. CST.  All payments made after 4:15 p.m. CST will be credited on the next business day. 

If you wish to set up recurring online payments, please read the following information very carefully.  When setting up your utility account for recurring online payments, please do so before the date of payment in the current month or at least five days after the date of payment in that month.  For example, a customer wanting recurring payments charged to a credit/debit card on the 15^TH of each month will need to set up the online payment before the 15^TH of the current month or wait until after the 20^TH of the current month.  If set up less than five (5) days after the desired payment date, the system will charge your card immediately for the current month’s payment and again next month on the desired payment date, processing two payments in the first month without that being the intent of the customer.  If you need assistance with this matter, please contact the City of Sallisaw at 918-775-6241.
