What is the Sallisaw Municipal Authority?  The Sallisaw Municipal Authority is a public trust of the City of Sallisaw that is responsible for providing utility services in the community.  The trust was established in 1988 under Title 60 of the Oklahoma State Statutes.  The City of Sallisaw is the beneficiary of the trust.
