What happens if my electric or water can not be read during the normal reading time?
If your service meter cannot be read for some reason by our meter readers, we will try to contact the customer and have them tell us what the reading is or schedule a time for a meter reader to drop by. If that is not successful we will estimate the usage of the meter(s) based on prior history. When an actual reading can be obtained, future billings will be trued up and the customer's account will be satisfied.
